The Clansman Pipe Band is administered as a BC Society with charitable status.

The Band P/M, Quartermaster and Secretary/Treasurer are ex-officio Directors for the Society. (directors by virtue of their Band appointment) Two other band members fill other Society Director positions including President and Drum Corps representative.
